How does the Arche® System work?
Arche® System is a proprietary investment model based on the performance of the entire hotel, not a single room. For investors, this means: monthly remuneration; income calculated in proportion to owned m²; earnings from the entire property—even when your room is not rented; minimum annual remuneration of at least 5% of the unit’s net price (under the lease agreement, for up to 10 years); promotional terms available for selected investments. This model combines real estate investment security with the predictability of the hotel business.

ARCHE handles the entire operational process: guest acquisition and event organization, sales and marketing, staff management, facility maintenance, monthly settlements, and invoicing on behalf of the investor. You don't manage rentals, seek clients, or handle settlements.
